How We Review: the JILI888 Standard
Anyone can promise to be impartial. What can actually be examined is whether a site has a method and whether it keeps to it, so this page publishes ours: the criteria behind every operator description here, what an outsider can honestly verify, and how the site earns money. There are no scores and no ranked tables. JILI888 is an independent guide and not a casino — no deposits, no games, 21+ only.
The eight checks
| Criterion | What we ask | Weak signal |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | Is the regulator and the licensed entity named, and does the entity match the domain? | A badge image with no named entity |
| Payment rails | Is it clear whether a method runs on an e-wallet, InstaPay or PESONet? | Logos with no limits or handling described |
| Terms clarity | Can a newcomer find wagering, expiry and exclusions unaided? | Conditions buried inside prose |
| KYC rules | Are documents and the trigger point stated before you deposit? | Verification first mentioned at a blocked payout |
| Complaint route | Is there a path beyond chat, and is the regulator acknowledged? | Live chat as the only route |
| Responsible gaming | Do limits, cool-off and self-exclusion work as controls? | A policy page with no controls |
| Support channels | Which channels, languages and hours? | A form naming no hours |
| App distribution | Is the install route honest about being outside the stores? | Files pushed through social channels |
Each is a question about disclosure, since disclosure is the only thing an outside reader can examine. We are not auditors and do not write as though we have seen inside a company.
What reading can establish
- Whether a claim is published, where, and whether two pages contradict each other
- Whether a named licensed entity appears on the regulator's own published list
- Whether bonus terms state a wagering multiple, an expiry and the excluded categories
- Whether responsible-gaming controls exist in the account area rather than only in prose
- Whether the advertised support channels respond
- Facts belonging to the payment networks: InstaPay is real-time within a per-transaction cap set by the system, and PESONet settles in batches on banking days
What nobody outside can know
We cannot establish how quickly a particular account is paid, what happens inside a risk review or a support queue, whether the promotion shown to you is the one shown to another reader, or whether a game's results track its published RTP across the sessions you personally play. We have no access to your account and no visibility into an operator's internal process.
Every operator-specific number is therefore described as set by the operator, with its own cashier page and terms as the only current source. That covers handling windows, minimums, fees, bonus amounts and VIP thresholds, and we would rather write that sentence than publish a figure that was accurate once.
Things that never appear on this site
- Payout times, fees or minimums we cannot source
- Licence numbers we have not read on a regulator's own list
- Scores, stars or ranked 'best casino' tables
- Invented authors, or claims that our team tested an operator
- Installer files, APKs or mirror links
- Any suggestion that a system, pattern or purchased tool beats a random outcome
The last line is worth expanding, because this site writes a great deal about slot mechanics. Outcomes are generated on the operator's servers at the moment of the spin. No tool, pattern, bet-sizing scheme or app can observe or influence them, and any page claiming otherwise is selling something.
Why there is no ranked list
Ranking requires a claim that one operator is better than another for every reader, and that claim is not available to anyone writing from outside. A player who needs a bank transfer, a player who needs clearly written bonus terms and a player who mostly wants a working complaint route are not served by the same position in a table.
What is available is the disclosure each operator makes, criterion by criterion. A reader who knows which rail they need, which terms they can live with and whether a regulator will hear a complaint is better equipped than one holding a league table they cannot interrogate.
Commercial links
Some outbound links are partner links, so a commercial relationship may exist with the destination. It governs whether a link exists — not the wording, not the removal of a criticism, not a position in any list — and no operator sees a page before publication. We also decline payment to withdraw a correction, which is the test that is genuinely difficult and therefore the one worth stating.
Corrections, dates and the disclosure
Pages carry publication and modification dates and are revised when a published term changes, when a rail's public behaviour changes, when guidance moves, or when a reader demonstrates an error — corrected in place and dated, never quietly swapped. To state it fully: JILI888 is an independent guide, not a casino. It accepts no deposits, holds no player funds, runs no games and cannot act on any operator's platform. Written for adults aged 21 and over.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does this site not score operators?
A single number averages away the criterion that matters to you and implies a precision no outsider has. We publish each criterion separately instead.
Does a partner link change what a page says?
No. It affects whether a link exists and nothing else, and no operator sees a page before publication.
Why will you not state payout times?
Because a payout time belongs to an account and a moment, not to a brand. Any figure we printed would be stale within months, so we send you to the operator's cashier page, which is the only current source.
Can any tool or system beat a slot?
No. Outcomes are generated server-side at the spin, so nothing can observe or influence them. Any page or app claiming otherwise is selling something.
Do you test the operators yourselves?
We make no testing claims, because one anonymous session says nothing about how your account will be treated.
Who writes these pages?
The JILI888 editorial desk, as an organisation, rather than an invented human byline.
